Customers can reach us by calling the shop, stopping by in person, or completing our online contact form for convenience. Our shop manager and skilled staff will discuss the issues your vehicle is experiencing and, if possible, take it for a test drive to better understand the problem. We also run a diagnostic scan to identify any specific codes that need attention. After evaluation, we provide upfront pricing and clear estimate options—no hidden surprises. If additional issues arise, we notify you right away and explain every option so you can decide how to proceed.
At our shop, we don’t just drop a remanufactured transmission into every vehicle. The majority of our work is rebuilding transmissions in-house. This allows us to carefully inspect each unit, replace worn parts, and update components to improve quality and performance. While remanufactured transmissions can be the right choice in some cases, our in-house rebuild process often gives customers a stronger, more customized solution that balances reliability, value, and long-term performance.
Each customer receives a detailed estimate depending upon their vehicle’s individual needs upfront so that there are no surprises. If any other issues are encountered, the customer is notified and given every option on how to proceed.
We stand behind our work. Depending on the job, warranties typically range from 1 to 3 years, with some ATRA-backed warranties extending up to 3 years/100,000 miles nationwide. Extended warranty options are also available for longer coverage.
